Change
of Mind

Due to the personal nature of
our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind
purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Hygiene

To protect the health and safety
of our customers, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds for products
that have been opened, used, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Faulty,
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty,
damaged or incorrect, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist. Get
in touch within seven days of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

•     
A description of the issue

•     
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll assess the matter promptly
and provide an appropriate resolution, which may be a replacement, an exchange,
or a refund where applicable.

Australian
Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees
that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a
replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other
reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods
repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure
does not amount to a major failure. This policy operates in addition to your
rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Refund
Processing

Once your claim has been
approved and the returned item received (where required), refunds are issued to
the original payment method. Please allow:

Up to 3 business days for your return or claim to be
assessed

•     
Up to 10 business days for funds to appear in your
account, depending on your bank or payment provider
